Take Tylenol. Tylenol is an acetaminophen. Advil, and othe meds like that are ibuprofens. Ibuprophens are blood thinners. When it comes to the head, you shouldn't take blood thinners.

It may be a sinus headache. See if you can find sinus headache pills at your drugstore.
