What are some fun yet functional activities I could do with a young child with Aspergers Syndrome?

Keep it something familiar and comforting to him. Understand that interacting with you may not go over very well and don't take it personally. The ONLY thing I have known that a Aspie child will compromise on with a new activity is swimming. You could try that. Keep the choices down to a minimum. They get overwhelmed VERY easily with choices :)
