Press CTRL+ALT+DEL all the three keys at the same time. Select the progam you want to close or end task then at the bottom left click END TASK. Wait for the confirmation box to be displayed on the left side of your desktop, or sometimes it doesn't come up at all because windows had already terminated the program.Normally and depending on the size of the program you may want to terminate, the larger the program, the longer it will take to close it. So just wait and don't get too bored. 15 minutes will be too long, it's about time you restart your computer manually or any method you may want to use. The key here is Patience, because PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE!
