As long as you're above the legal drinking age, no. Although some bars do have a policy against bartenders drinking while on the job. I would check with your employer to see what their stance on it is.

In the State of Arizona, yes it is. The only person who can legally drink, while on duty, is the owner and entertainers (i.e.: a band).

There is no general answer to this question. Each state has a multitude of different liquor licenses. Some allow you to drink, others do not. Most of the time the answer is yes, but again, this varies widely by jurisdiction.
