I have a 2005 Toyota Corolla Manual. Recently while I've been taking off in first gear above 3000 rmps the car shutters and jerks like its strugging to get above those rmps.I recently replaced the air filter and that seems to be fine. what could be wrong?

Has anyone checked out the fuel filter recently. There is a good chance that it needs replaced

Yesterday i was driving my Corolla G in a very minimum speed with huge nos of traffic. But certainly a low tone (melodious)arise. And in right side of meter panel a red signal light apeared looks human body+with a range (repairing Tool). But i couldn't find out the reason of that signal. till now this signal remains but the tone gone. if anyone can find out or know the reason plz share with me. Actually whats wrong is happening with my car? Note: My car runs in CNG.
