Is there a home remedy for sores inside my nose?

    I wouldnt use any kind of home remedy till you see a doctor. It could bed dry patches, polyps or a Staph Infection. See a physician.

    The human nose harbors bacteria.

    This works for me: using a q-tip, place a small amount of neosporin on it. then, gently insert into your nose, making sure the neosporin covers existing sores. repeat for the other side, using the other end of the q-tip.

    You should see an improvement in two days.
