I am still having some leg work troubles even 13 years after a car accident that left me in a wheelchair for 16 months. The specialists said I would never walk again, but I am walking, running, and LOW kicking as well as before ... I can not do high kicks well because of my crushed hips and lumbar spine injuries that healed with some fused bone fragments that no longer have their full range of movement. ... however, my hand forms and my internal controls are exceptionally good ...
