You're reading I was just served court papers for an upaid car lease. 4 years ago,I had returned the car to the company, as I could no longer meet the payments.They sold the car, and say I am still liable to pay the full lease with interest. Am I?I'm not working now.

I am on total disability now though, at 60% of my wages. Would that make a difference? They can't guaranshee my wages if I am not working can they?

you need to get in contact with my finance company and maybe negotiate payments that could fit your budget, or call an attorney they give over the phone advice good luck
