There's nothing to stop you, but the question will be a duplicate, and therefore anybody who's on the ball so to speak will mark it as such, and the mod's will reject the duplicate copies.

No. As part of the User Agreement, you agreed not to post duplicate questions. When this is discovered (as it always is), you will lose all the points accrued on the duplicate questions.
