VLC player works fine for me. Free from www.videolan.org/vlc
It's small, light and reliable (hint, hint Microstuffed)

    Go to: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/
On the left side of your screen under the heading
of QuickTime you'll see "QuickTime Player". Click it.
That'll take you to the "QuickTime 7" page. Under the
QuickTime 7 you'll see "Download the Free Player".
Make your selections and click the Blue Bar that says
    "FREE DOWNLOAD NOW" Good Luck.

I don't know if you need special software.

Try exporting it to mpeg or another video file from your phone
