I had that happen. I contacted the IRS. They garnished his tax returns to pay back the arrearage. This will work especially if you have a wage assignment order against him. If you don't - I'd consider getting one (even though that means another court date).
Appeal to your lawyer to have the court date moved up, explain that it is an emergency.

Put a lien on the non-custodial parent’s property. If the property sells, the proceeds will go toward paying off the child support debt.
