I need all of the 10,000 different 4 digit combination between the numbers 0-9. Please help

It's called counting... Start at 0000 and count to 9999. If you try each combination at 20 seconds each with no time for food and bathroom breaks (and your hands don't get numb) you should be able to run through all the combos in 5 and a half hours. If this is someone's lock combo there are easier ways. What is their birthday. Try various combinations of that. How old are they (eg. 1616) or how old when they got the lock? Last four numbers of their phone number is a good place to start. Hope this helps.

Um... just start at 0000 and count up to 9999. Sounds like you're trying to do something shady (like open someone's locked briefcase), are you sure you want to go through with it?
