  • I had to see this film because it is such a part of "Americana". It was dark and disturbing but it makes you think. If you ever see "Robot Chicken" it employs the technique of "keeping eyes pulled open" to view what is going on. If the theory of "adversion therapy" really did work, then perhaps there wouldn't be so many people locked up in jail for all their lives, but sadly... does not seem to work even if it was sensational like in the film.

  • You could talk about the interesting narrative style or how it has a crazy twist. Talk about how original of characters they have. Alex is one crazy guy. There's so much you could say. You could be extremely critical of the method they use. How about the irony that the cops that pull the bums off of are from his old gang that caused him to go to jail in the first place.
  • The BEST idea would have been to WATCH IT. It's a very complicated movie, and everyone takes something different from it.
