They may very well ask: Where do you see yourself 5 years from now? What are your greatest strengths? What are your greatest weaknesses?

Be sure to phrase your answers in the positive. If someone asks, "What are your greatest weaknesses?" Answer with a truthful response along the lines of "Some people say I'm a workaholic, but they haven't seen me when I cycle across the Appalachians." or whatever. . . See how the employer would think being a workaholic is a positive for them? Whatever you do, though, keep it totally honest. You have to put the answer in that really applies to you.
