Do conures and finches get along, and can they live in the same cage?

    This is not advisable. Conures if not able to have a variety of things to occupy their time, will find something small to "play" with. Thus rendering your finches as marks. I have seen large aviaries where there have been a variety of large and smal birds mixed, however this was in a zoo setting. I do not recommend combining species this different in size. When visitors view zoo aviaries, they should remember that zoos have a mission to serve the public by presenting displays that educate as well as entertain. To create avian displays that are popular attractions, zoos must often utilize space to the maximum by combining a variety of attractive, interesting and diverse species that private aviculturists would not necessarily choose to combine.

    No, its just a terribly stupid thing to put a Finch and a Conure togeather, the Conure could seriosly injure the Finch. plus if you have an appropriate cage size for the conure it would have a bar spacing that the finch could squeese through.

    conures and finches get along I have seen it with my own eyes my conure and finch love each other they even sleep together when my finch was laying eggs the conure would stand out side like a gaurd and when the eggs hatched the conuer would spend more time with the finches than me but every things back to normal.
