The estimation of the bite force maximum of jaguar is around 310kg = 700psi of pressure ; is it exact ? (bite force lion: 691psi & 938psi)

Um, no, considering the record for a cheetah is only 63 - and that's the record, not the average, and everything you've heard beyond that is just urban legend and exaggeration, I think it's safe to say a jaguar can't run that fast. I do know a cougar/mountain lion is the closest relative to a cheetah and yet the record is only 50 or 55 mph for a mountain lion. A cheetah is only so fast because it is really built differently from the other cats. It has no trouble outrunning leopards, which are VERY close relatives to jaguars. If I were to guess, I would say a Jaguar's max is 45-ish, and I guarantee it is no less than 40 and no more than 55.

ok srry but to correct you the fastest speed is 65-70 mph not 63mph. btw
