the part with the cigs is definitely no healty. as for the beer stuff, it's not healty either, plus he might, if not already, become alchoolic, and then you got a bigger issue. no youre not exagerrating. he should lighten up with the beer and cigs.

Consider joining Alanon.Check your Sun. Paper for meetings.It's for friends & families of alcoholics.It helps with coping.You will not be able to get him to quit.He will only quit if he decides it's something he wants to do.If he quits for you he will gradually drift back.Good Luck and God Bless...I know how hard it is.

You're reading Am I exagerrating or he really needs help ? My husband drinks light beer 12 cans within 3 hours during nights. He doesn't drink water. He smoke 3-5 ciggarette before going to sleep. I don't have idea how he drinks or smoke in his work. It's torturing me.
