  • If they thought that, why did they hire you to begin with? Either way, I would check your legal options on this one. Out of curiosity, what was the job?
  • It is most certainly discrimination, and I believe it's on the federal level as well in terms of law. You should be able to take them to court. From a moral standpoint, it's just not right. No grey area there.
