Since I live on a floor high above most neighbors, that would be very difficult to do, but answering your question as if it was possible, then Yes! I would watch. I would almost hope they'd notice, so I could wave or wink at him or her. LOL

hellz yeah. a really funny party memory was a party i threw when i was living on the penthouse level of a highrise. it was a corner unit so there was a spectacular view of all the neighbors in the building next door. it had a huge balcony, so a lot of my friends were hanging out outside. meanwhile, a couple of neighbors started getting it on. we were all hootin and hollerin and they noticed soon afterward ~ the girl closed the blinds. but the light was still on, so you could see their silhouettes. it was a great free show! albeit short...
