  • When we were purchasing our gym equipment, the sales rep was explaining to us that the BowFlex is better for teenagers because of the way it uses resistance. Apparently, as teenagers aren't done growing, they recommend it. Not sure if there are special recommendations for a broken arm though.

  • That information should come from his doctor and physical therapist. They are the ones who saw the xrays and know the level of damage and his improvement and are trained in rehabilitation for broken limbs. We are not.
