  • From what I can find on the WEB the age in England for sexual consent is 16.
  • PS2-TEXAS's second answer is correct; the age of consent in UK is 16. If you were to have sex, your boyfriend would be treated more leniently than, say, a 30-year-old would be, but that should not be taken as permission. You still have plenty of scope without breaking the law.
  • in england you can do everything except full vaginal interourse,that is not to say you are ready.i think you should wait and enjoy being 15 with kisses and cuddles.
  • Is legality the real issue for you? Where do both of you stand in terms of morality issues ... family issues ... personal responsability. If you look at all these issue seriously, and discuss them together, then I think that you may find there is no real legal isssue to be concerned about; or at least that is what I hope you will find!   • As far as I know the legal age of consent in England is 16, so 'legally' you can't have sex or marry him (if you had sex I think he could be charged with statutory rape by your parents, if they found out and wanted to press charges).
