Nope, you have no authority over it.

No, once you write something here, it belongs to them essentially, at least after the 5 minute edit your questions are theirs for good, no changing without their permission.

No they do not need to ask once a question is posted it may have your name on it but it no longer belongs to you. That is why you cannot delete your questions. Answerbag can post your questions anywhere they wish.
