Geese will not usually go inside a covered shelter, a closed in shed willingly. You could place their food containers there so they at least have to go in there for eating, and then they could be used to go in there on their own. A small waterer, but deep, so they can bury their nostrils should also be placed inside for night time. Then each evening you will have to round them up and make them go to bed. If you do it quietly and calmly, after a while they will get the hang of going in at night, with little coaxing on your part. To 'herd' geese walk quietly and stick an arm out in the direction you don't want them to go and do a sweeping motion with that arm to get them to turn. Walk slow and wait for the lead goose to get them in the right direction. In about a week, they should be getting the idea. But whatever you do, don't rush them.
Feed them in the shed and only there. Feed them and close the door behind them.
