Four places to look: 1)Owner's manual, 2)Chilton's manual, 3)Motor trend's manual, 4)Haynes Manual. You might check your local library for one of these books. I have use all of these. Another last resort, as far as I am concerned, is your Mercury dealer. I have a 2004 Mountaineer but I don't know if the fuse panel would be the same. Generally there is one inside on the driver's side and another under the hood.

my cruise control stopped working on 03 mountaineer..owners manual doesn't specify which fuse operates the feature..how can i fix this problem?
