My Moms recipe works pretty good. 1&1/2 Lbs. H.Burg fried w/1/2 Lg. Bell Pepper chopped small, 1/2 Lg. minced Onion, Drain then Salt & Pepper to taste. Add 1 sm. can tomato paste (not sauce), 1/2 t. chili powder, 1/2 t. Hungarian Paprika, 1/2 t. Cumin. Mix this well & let simmer for 15 min.. Final step is a little Brown Sugar to taste. Adjust thickness with a little water, but I like it thick. John
