  • It does depend how much you want to borrow, provided you are able to prove your ability to pay back that £100 a month, and you have a reasonable credit history most high street banks will loan you the money.
  • If you're unemployed, I doubt you will be able to get a loan. You have NO income, therefore no way to make the payments.
  • Do you have any income? If you recevie a pension, Diability Living Allowance or Incapacity benefit, they are classed as guaranteed regular income. At least by major banks. If you are 'between' jobs, you would need to wait until you are working. You are also better speaking with your own bank, rather than one that advertises a low APR.
