  • If there's any justice in the world, guilty and you'll have your license taken away. That is UNacceptable, unsafe, and irresponsible behaviour. Shame on you. You're lucky no one got killed.
  • This combibnation of traffic offenses amounts to reckless driving. If you are going to pay the fines, better take at least $1,000.00 to traffic court.
  • I'll have to double check, but I think castration is an option.
  • I can't even begin to feel sympathy for you here. I would normally say an emergency situation may explain what you did, but even then you'd have your lights on. What you did was downright irresponsible. A double line means the engineers of the road concluded that passing is unsafe in EITHER direction at that point, yet you chose to do so anyway. A residential area means children could be lurking behind a parked car, mothers walking babies in stollers, etc. The lights off infraction leads me to believe this happened in the evening, but it is summer and people are still outside. So let's see: 1) Double the speed limit 2) Residential area 3) Passed two cars at once 4) Crossed a Double line to do #3 5) You had your lights off at night 6) Admission of guilt In one word: screwed. Might want to buy a bus pass now. Good luck.
  • Better take a catchers mit along to court. The Judge is going to throw the Book at you.
  • IF YOU GET A GOOD LAWYER YOU CAN GET OUT OF GOING TO JAIL BUT YOU WILL PAY A GOOD FINE. I WAS GOING 92 IN A 55 IN VIRGINIA BEACH,VA. I GOT A LAWYER AND GOT OUT OF GOING TO JAIL. BUT ALL TOGETHER I PAID OUT OF POCKET 1600 DOLLARS JUST TO GO FAST. BUT HEY YOU HAVE TO FIGURE IS IT WORTH IT BEFORE YOU DO IT.
