I am clueless about guitars, though I wonder about your avatar. Forgive me if I am wrong, but is your avatar Nick from Days of our lives?

A good music store will know where to go, they revamp used guitars before they can resell them. If you want to save some bucks you can rebuild the fret yourself with an epoxy called JB Weld. Put painters tap ether side of the repair and apply it with a tooth pick. after it's dried, 24 hrs, you can CAREFULLY sand the repair. This should hold up for 6 to 12 months depending how hard you are on your instrument. Good Luck, Play On!!!

Here's the bottom line. If your guitar is worth more than 400 dollars go to your local guitar store and ask for the phone number of someone that can replace the fret. If your guitar is worth less than that, you'll be better off buying a new guitar. If the guitar has centimental value, hang it on the wall.
