Sounds like you have the kavo virus. Use kavo_killer.exe and click the flaming panda button (I know but it works) to restore some functionality.
Then you can simply use a cmd console to delete bad files in all your root directories (hard disks, USB drives, etc).
Does the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration push laws more to protect the people or insurance companies?
