got a speeding ticket in the UK though the drivers number is a letter wrong on the ticket, is this grounds for dismissal??

In California, can you get out of a speeding ticket if the officer cites you as the wrong gender?

You're reading I received a speeding ticket for doing 47 in a 35mph zone. The officer wrote 30 as the posted speed on the ticket. This puts the ticket in the 4 point catagory as well as a slightly larger fine. Is that error enough to get the ticket tossed out ?
