Is deleting temp. files, add-ons, etc. the same as cleaning the disk? Also, when I click on an icon, slow to react?

You're reading Our computer is running very slow, we have tryed virus/spyware scans, defrag, scan disc, deleted all the extra crap and we called our ISP and they made some changes, nothing is helping, also there is malware we cannot delete or clean? HELP!

Well maybe -- I've seen unprotected machines with so many viruses that the remediation crew I worked with at Symantec couldn't clean the machines manually. Where's msANONYMOUS going to find that skill set?

Don't give it to a computer shop!!! just backup your Documents and Other stuff and then format and reinstall. The computer shop will charge you around 150 dollers just for it to be cleaned out!
