you get a level 67 latias and then talk to the man that tells you how many luances they have done then talk to him he will ask you if this does not work your latias will have to be level 77 then go past the boulders and other stuff then find stairs and go catch deoxys i dnt no how 2 catch jirachi or somthing p.s if you run or kill deoxys you will be back at the space centre
