This may vary some by state, but if he/she is convicted on the drug charge, which is probably a felony, he/she will probably lose her license and not be able to practice again until certain conditions are met. I know a nurse in Texas that lost her license because of a felony drug conviction.
My husband has a warrant for domestic assault in Kansas City, MO, can he show up in divorce court without being arrested?
