May a licensed RN continue to practice nursing if he/she was recently arrested for posssession of illegal drugs and paraphrenelia with a history of domestic violence and a court ordered diversion program

    This may vary some by state, but if he/she is convicted on the drug charge, which is probably a felony, he/she will probably lose her license and not be able to practice again until certain conditions are met. I know a nurse in Texas that lost her license because of a felony drug conviction.
