After completing the Georgia 1st offender's probation period for a felony charge, is the criminal charge expunged for job background checks?

Not automatically. You will qualify but have to go thru the expungement procedure either thru an attorney or by yourself

No. You must PAY to get it expunged and there is a waiting period of like 5 years.
