  • I bet they are not hired in a "via phone" service ! I think people with disabilities are hired by the nation and do simple jobs in offices.
  • People who are deaf can understand simple instructions. I'm thinking about factory work, packaging, sign language teacher, plumber, farmer.
  • Most any job they want. I know several deaf people working on their masters.
  • Any job they are intrested in I guess, all they would need is a translator/assistant
  • People need to stop with the sterotype of deaf people can only do simple jobs, because they obviously no nothing about their community. Deaf people, like us, can do anything they set their mind to. Sure, they might need an interpreter, but they can still succeed. Plenty of deaf people have moved on to becoming teachers, waiters/waitresses, doctors, and even work for our government. Enough with the deaf community can only do simple jobs.
