Why is that sea animals can live under water and human's can't?

Sea Animals come with the manufacturer's complete underwater package which includes extras such as gills, fins, flippers, and scales. Obviously you did not go for that package when you got your body.

Well, humans can, provided they come up to the surface to breathe, but we're not so hot at catching our own prey under water. And if it was in the ocean, we'd need a way to protect our eyes from the salt, and some way to get fresh water or be able to deal with drinking salt water. basically we're just not evolved for it.
