My company recently went out of business. I had a business credit card under my name and my company name. The collection agency has been calling & sending threating letters to my home. They want to sue me. Can they sue me?

    My company is incorporated. Because my corporation went out of business that why the collector came after me. Is there a source (lawyer) that I can talk to without paying a lot lawyer fees? the amount they're trying to collect is $7800.00. thanks the help

    Yes. You had it set up that you were personnaly liable by having both yourself and the company on the card. You should have been incorporated so this couldn't happen.
    Get a lawyer!!!
