Help answer this question below.

While some nights I have no problem sleeping a lot of them I am restless and not even remotely tired but I need the sleep because of school in the morning. How can I help this?

    Have you got something on your mind that stopping you from sleeping? You could try having a warm relaxing bath and a hot milky drink before you go to bed. Put a few drops of lavender or ylang ylang on your pillow. Read a boring book, don't do anything energetic in the evening. But most importantly, don't worry about not going to sleep.
