Have you got something on your mind that stopping you from sleeping? You could try having a warm relaxing bath and a hot milky drink before you go to bed. Put a few drops of lavender or ylang ylang on your pillow. Read a boring book, don't do anything energetic in the evening. But most importantly, don't worry about not going to sleep.
After you get off work, what time are you in bed by? Myself about 8 pm.

You're reading While some nights I have no problem sleeping a lot of them I am restless and not even remotely tired but I need the sleep because of school in the morning. How can I help this?

No it isn't from something on my mind and I've tried the bath it seems like the only thing that works is crashing on my third night from lack of sleep which really isn't close to healthy
