  • My favorite teacher in elementary school was my grade 5 teacher Miss Kincaid, because she was always nice to me and almost never gave me homework... she also gave out candy.
  • Mrs. McWilliams, my kindergarten teacher. Well, she was very pretty (to my 5 year old eyes), she liked to teach us by playing games with us, and she could talk to us on our level without talking down to us.
  • Ms. Miller, 4th grade. She was blonde, gorgeous, drove a white Corvette and I was her favorite. I was so in love. When my mom told me Ms. Miller was getting married I was heartbroken, at 10 years old. I got over it, in about 2 hours.
  • My second grade teacher. We even still keep in touch =) Why? Well she was and is a very wonderful woman. She retired after our class, and it made me terribly sad. But after she retired, she would still come to my concerts, and even a field trip she stopped by. =) It takes a special person to retire, and then still follow up on the kids you left behind. By the way I'm graduating this year, so it's been almost 10 years since I've known her.
  • Mrs. Parham was the best social studies teacher EVER
  • My AP US History teacher was possibly the best teacher I ever had. I feel bad that I won't have him next year. He made the class fun because he was very hyper all the time. We talked about his day more than US History, and how he liked to have cheese and beer at the same time...and we talked about all the synonyms of the word "whore."
  • Mr. Lee Mann, 5th grade. He was such a nice guy and a great teacher. I was lucky to have many, but few taught with such a fun sense of humor. :D
