Does a theme park have a responsibility to keep loose items away from the track of a roller coaster while the ride is in operation? I see signs that say you must secure loose items. Should the park operators follow the same guidelines? See video:

    apparently they don't i saw nothing in the video that would support it but i imagine that there are standards for testing and inspecting the rides
