  • A lot of people have trust issues. You just kind of have to let all that stuff go. When you start to feel jealous tell whoever it is your feeling jealous over how you feel. That will help you get it off your chest. If you feel uncomfortable doing that then get a diary and write your feelings down in there. It's always beter to get those feelings out rather than keeping them bottled up inside.
  • You will need to do something about this. Psychiatrist or something, if you want to lead a normal life. My wife (about to be ex) is like you and she has just thrown away 14 years of marriage because of this issue.
  • It sounds to me like you're paranoid. You can learn to trust people by allowing people to prove that they are trustworthy to you. It makes it a whole lot easier if you're willing to give people that chance.
