Between India and China, which country do you think has the brightest chance of becoming the greatest superpower in the coming years?

India will become the wealthiest country on earth & outsource all tedious tasks such as telemarketing & web programming back to the US & UK.. China will have 40% of its citizens dispersed around the western world who will begin to rename remaining western looking parts of their cities to USATOWN and AUSSIETOWN which will become tourist attractions.

India has a better chance because they have their people in every country in the world and can speak 4-5 different languages which could come handy in espionage.

Probably China, but really neither of them have the capability to make such a power a postive one.
One is a squalid toilet, the other is a dictatorship in democratic clothing.

They're both backward in many ways. India has the advantage of many English speakers; China might have more ethnic solidarity and pride (and maybe more work ethic?). One advantage India has is its demographic future - not so many oldsters to take care of, as China is facing. But neither will be "the greatst" superpower.

China. They are more ruthless.

Obviously China, India has to feed its 1 billion hungry and make toilets for 700 million toilet less people before even thinking of becoming a super power.

i think now a days china is heading but after but after 15 years india wil going to take over china and wil take 40 years to be a superpower because what other countries have done in 100 of years india have done in 50 years means it 2times more faster than others and also because it dose not forcefully hold upon as china has done by ruling forcefully on taiwan and tibet who doesn't want him to rule upon becauce here people vote for his country
