My RCA 52" projection screen tv has an hour glass shape to the screen, what woould cause this? Also the would the surge potecter need to be replaced to help fix this problem?

Need to adjust your screen settings? Is there a un sheilded magnet near the TV? Surge protector would have nothing to do with the shape of the viewing area. Try diferrent cables.
