There is allot to do in portland they have activities down on the river all the time blues, jazz almost any thing you can think of. They also have allot of concerts with big name at the Rose Garden where the Blazers play. It is a good city I live in Central Oregon by Bend Oregon but I have to drive to portland at least 2 or 3 times a week for my job.
Why aren't there any questions on the city of Portland in the City of Portland category?

I am moving to Portland Oregon in a month. Im only 18 years old and I come from a very small town in upper michigan...it has about 3,ooo people. Is Portland a safe area for an 18year old and can i get a job out there?
