The "Castle Law" in Texas gives me the legal right to use deadly force to prevent the consequences of theft. I'd wait in place for the neighbor to enter when he/she thinks my house is empty and shoot him with a 12-guage pump shotgun loaded with #7 birdshot. What happens after that depends on the intruder.

This is most likely not what I would do first, but is what I believe should be done in this case. And that is get it on film. And make two copies of it. And give one copy of it to the Law. You can set up low cost security cams now days. Also even systems used for deer hunting are good to have set up at your place. They take good photos during day or night.........Just my point of view tho............M.C.S.
