    I don't have a diagram that I can send you (makes you want to kick someone in the ass at Ford for not putting identification on the fuse cover box) but, I can tell you the Windshiel wiper fuse is number 1.1. It is located behind the passenger side kick panel. It is a 10amp fuse (red) and if you are looking directly at the fuses it should be the top left fuse. The windshield wiper relay is located in the same fuse box as well. If you are looking directly at the fuses the relay is the big square one in the top middle of the two row of three relays. By the way, if the rear windshield wiper works fine, the fuse and relay have to be good because they operate on the same circuit. Good luck.
