  • Losing weight is physics. A person has to use 3500 more calories than consumed to lose one pound. Each item of food has a calorie value per weight. Each exercise has a calorie value per minute. A person needs to keep track and this is the key, keep track of calories consumed verus calories burned. I recently lost 20 pounds in two months but I am very task driven and have done it before.
