A precise question doesn't have to be a long question, just worded well. If people are given the option of leaving lots of information about the question then lots of people are going to leave stuff that is either not appropriate or marginally useful. How do you sift between those informations that are useful and those that are just ramblings?

Here, I'll do it for you... con·cise –adjective expressing or covering much in few words; brief in form but comprehensive in scope; succinct; terse Your complaint is that Answerbag will not let you write long-winded questions that are NOT concise. You have a point there, but I think Answerbag's policy is a good one. Limiting the space people have to ask a question forces them to think about what they are asking and distill the question to a....wait for it....*concise* form. Your complaint about answers is baseless. There is very little restriction on answers or commentary on Answerbag. People have pasted multi-page magazine articles into answers. Comment threads have gone on to include hundreds of entries. My experience with Answerbag is that many questions are *too* concise, i.e. the questioner didn't put enough thought into it. Example: My 1998 [Car name] won't start. What could be wrong? If the above question included one or two more sentences (does it crank? is the problem intermittent?), we could provide much more helpful answers. Finally, if you like Yahoo Answers better than Answerbag, you are free to follow your preference. Our experience is that far more people migrate from YA to AB than the other way around.

Concise means to precis your details and facts not spin them out into an essay.

I don't know why you should stay. That is totally up to you. Really. If there is not enough room for your question, continue in an answer and even into the comment section.

Just be glad you can think of questions, have a hard time doing that..I can answer them though. You don't have to stay, if you don't like it here. I love it here.
