It would make a nifty extract..rum cakes, rum ice cream, rum cookies, rum pudding, rum pie, rum sauce, rum scones, rum teacakes, rum & Coca Cola, rum rubs, rum fudge, rummy yams, rum pineapple sorbet, rum cereal, rum soup (with fruit, not veggies)! :) ((hugs))
