  • As one that has worked in customer service. You usually go through a person that is assigned and trained to take escalated calls from the regular CSR's. Not usually a supervisor, just another CSR.
  • I called AT T and asked for a supervisor (keep in mind I had already contacted them at least 20 times in 3 months on a bill and sent a certified letter to them) and the girl NEVER did let me talk to a supervisor and my bill 4 months later is still not resolved. Some of these companies don't care about customer satisfaction.
